By booking this trip, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your payment.

1. Payment & Refund Policy

If you choose to pay the full price upfront, your trip is fully paid with no additional fees required.
If you choose to pay a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid no later than June 1st, 2025.
Payments (both full and deposit) are refundable only within 30 days of purchase. After this period, they become non-refundable for security reasons.
If you need to cancel after the 30-day cancellation period (due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), the full price remains non-refundable. However, I will do my best to help you find a replacement (e.g., a friend or another interested traveler) to take your spot.

2. Role & Responsibilities

I am the guide and content creator of this trip (Lucia). I will be present throughout the entire trip to guide and ensure you have an amazing experience.
However, I am not responsible for your personal safety while surfing, traveling, or during any activities.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and well-being throughout the trip.

3. Travel Insurance (Mandatory)

Every participant must have valid travel insurance that covers medical expenses, injuries, and any potential accidents.
Surfing is a fun but physically demanding activity. While I have arranged for experienced local surf instructorswho prioritize safety, accidents can still happen. Having insurance is absolutely essential.

4. Passport & Entry Requirements

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your entry date into Indonesia.
Failure to meet this requirement may result in denied entry at the border, and I cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from this.

5. General Conduct & Liability

You agree to respect the local culture, customs, and fellow travelers throughout the trip.
Any damage to accommodations, transport, or other facilities caused by a guest will be the guest’s financial responsibility.
I am not liable for lost or stolen personal belongings during the trip. Please take care of your valuables.
